Getting an error with an error code 0x0 while setting up social media accounts in production env
Hi,
Have you checked the privileges for the security role of the logging in user?
Please navigate to Advanced Settings > Settings > Security > Users / Security Roles to check the above information.
For the 1st error, it is necessary to have the privileges to the segment-related entities.
For the 2nd error, it is necessary to have the privileges to the Social Media Account-related entities.
If the issue has been solved, it would be appreciated if you could click "Yes" to verify my answer.
