Create recurring appointments via kingswaysoft

Hi experts

This one has me stumped trying to create recurring activities in V9 from another crm. I keep getting invalid recurrence parameter.

This includes even when I create in an appointment in UI export and reimport the record.

I can create all other activities and dynamically build partylists etc however this one has got me stumped.

Can anyone provide the minimal values to create a recurring appointment via ssis.

Thanks in advance!

    Hello,

Have you checked this article - www.kingswaysoft.com/.../How-to-migrate-CRM-Recurring-Appointments

    Hi Andrew

I have looked at this article however just seem to keep getting errors and have downloaded that package and created in sandbox and then loaded into another instance and still get error particularly on PatternEndType=3.

To be honest I think I have hit a frustration point with this and hence was looking for a base i.e. bare minimum to start fresh from then start building it up from there.

    Thanks

    Antony

    Antony,

I never imported recurrent appointments so I can't give you a hand here. What I can suggest is to create recurrent appointment from the UI and capture the traffic using Fiddler or Browser Developer Tools - that should give you the general idea on what should be called to create that kind of appointments.
