SL2015 ClientSetup.exe failing to install - Message in log file: Detected partially cached package: sqlncli64, invalid payload: sqlncli64, reason: 0x80070570. (We were able to get client installed-had to run install all prereqs manually 1 by 1b).

    This error encountered while installing new SL2015 ClientSetup.exe on a workstation was the result of the IT folks having set a Group Policy Setting in their 'Default Domain Policy' that blocked *.exe files from being called by an executable on a workstation.  The 'Inclusion list for moderate risk file types' was enabled.  The 'Specify moderate risk extensions: *.exe' was setup to go with same.

    Just FYI if anyone else should encounter this.  I had asked if there were any Group Policy settings that could interfere with this process and they had to dig into their network setup to find this, but only after I kept explaining how the SL2015 was failing trying to cache the prerequisites the SL2015 ClientSetup is trying to install.
