Deleting "Open" RMAs

We have a list of "open" RMAs, that will not be invoiced and we would like them removed from the system. I know from reading a lot of other threads and some trial and error on my end - open RMAs cannot be deleted even through the clean-up tool under the sales and marketing module. My question is if we can do this on the back end to remove them? It is just a logjam on our end and we would not want any of these RMAs to be invoiced by mistake as well.

Hi Dan Mangiapane,

Do not use back end stuff to delete open RMA as it will cause you issues for sure.

Use orders holds functionality to put all these open RMA on hold so that no can process any thing on them even by mistake.

Always use standard option and refrain from back end editing as it will always create unseen issues later. :)
