We have a list of "open" RMAs, that will not be invoiced and we would like them removed from the system. I know from reading a lot of other threads and some trial and error on my end - open RMAs cannot be deleted even through the clean-up tool under the sales and marketing module. My question is if we can do this on the back end to remove them? It is just a logjam on our end and we would not want any of these RMAs to be invoiced by mistake as well.
