Great Plains Email Notification Report

Hello, 

Looking for a smartlist that I can pull from GP that will show if a customer card has a email address saved and also pulls in from the customer e-mail option screen the selection of the radio buttons for Sales invoice and sales return. 

Trying to locate all the customers who need we can target and set up on e-mail invoicing.
