Field Mapping work on Quick Create but no on Main Form

Hi,

I have the Quick Create form enabled on Appointment entity, and a mapping configuration on Account relationship.

When I create an Appointment from Appointments subgrid in Account form the mappings work fine. If I want to create an appointment from Social Pane, Dynamics 365 open the main form but the fields don't mapping as in the Quick Create

Dear Sergio,

Sorry to say that relationship mapping doesn't work from social pane, it only works from a sub grid/ associated views.

Alternatively, you can write a real time work flow to capture the field from the account to appointment but I wouldn't suggest this since it downgrades the performance but it totally depends on the priority.

Recommend you to log the bug with MS support team if this is reproduced in vanilla instance.
