do i have to reactivate the CPOS of d365fo after service update?

do i have to reactivate the CPOS of d365fo after service update? Because we've been enforced to reactivated all our CPOS clients after updating our D365fo environment to service update 10.0.33? any one have the same issue and why this is happening after service update?

    I believe the issue you are facing is due to some of the data in the underlying storage is being handled differently in 10.0.33.
    Clearing out the browser cache removed the entry that was triggering the invalid handling, and unblocked the use of the POS; but it also means you have to reactivate.
     
    There's a fix released for this problem, if you are still seeing this please take a look at the details @ Details for issue 821380 (dynamics.com)

    also same here , after cleaning browser cash i have to re active POS .

    Experienced this as well with 10.0.33 this past Sunday on some terminals though not all. You may try clearing cache of the browser too.

    Usually, this is not required. Did you face the issue in Sandbox as well? I would recommend logging an issue with Microsoft support to see what happened to the existing token.
