Data Exchange Definition error message after importing txt file

Hey guys,

I get the following error message, when I run the action "Import Data Exchange Definition" to import my txt file.

My txt file has the following structure:

12345-19-08-26,111111,000000

Do you have an idea, what the problem is and how I could solve it?
