Hey,

I have the issue that images in emails don’t scale correctly on mobile devices, see example.

on desktop, they look fine.

I have one hint on what may be wrong. In the email editor, it prompts the warning “automatic html adjustment is switched off” (translated from German ). However, we see no way to switch it on in our system.

or may there be something else that we can do?

Hi Holger,

About the message, it is just a warning message and will not affect your marketing emails.

There is no such switch to enable or disable the "Email auto-adjust HTML".

You can raise a support ticket to MS for further help.

If you'd like to maintain the aspect ratio of the image in mobile devices, you can adjust the HTML of the email.
