Please, I have question on RMS Security. Is there a video which shows how to setup security level to access only inventory menu or a certain menu? Please, I greatly appreciate your help.

I have just sent you an email, explaining step by step what you can do on setting up security levels and how to do it.

Store Operations Manager
File -> Security -> Set Security
Press -> Ctrl + Alt + S
All Menu should changed to blue. Right click the menu and you can disable the menu by security level.

Actually the help guide included with RMS explains how the security works pretty well. It also goes through each step on how to setup the security. Press F1 -> search for security.

To Setup New Users:
1.Double Click> Store Operations Manager Icon
2.Log in with your > Store Ops Manager Admin Account
3.Click> Database
4.Click> Cashier
6.Select/Click>New
*Note: Set-up employee security levels based on access / control capability.
Set Level '0' as the highest level (for owners / administrators),
Level '1' for Managers,
Level '2' for Team leaders,
Level '3' for cashiers and
Level '4' for data entry / inventory personnel.
To Restrict Menu Access for New Users:
3.Click> File\Set Security
4.Press> Ctrl/S
5.Press> Ctrl/Alt/S (is a toggle switch to turn on/off)
6.The Top Menu Headings should turn ‘RED’
7.Select/Each Top Heading Menu> (example: Inventory)
8.Right Click> Inventory Menu
9.Place> Check mark where you wish not to allow the Security Level 4 access to.
10.Press> Ctrl/Alt/S (to turn off-this is a toggle switch)
11.Click> File/Set Security (get out of security mode)
12.Always test by signing in with userid/pwd in store manager.
