Hi,
Can you please let me know , when i am going to print "Picking list", it showing the printer status = Offline. but the client said the same printer is working for other application like MS word etc... from AX we getting issue
Kindly let me know how will resolve the issue?
please give me more shed on this.

The printers are not managed in AX2012, but by the Windows operating system. Are you using remote desktop software for AX 2012?

A system engineer would be able to check printer connection from the remote desktop for connection issues.
