Has anyone ever experienced their Shipment Date on the header level at Sales Order Entry not updating to what the Planned Shipment Date is reflecting on the Line level? If so, how did you resolve it? Our Shipment on the header level, automatically reflects to current day at order entry and can ONLY be modified by manually adjusting it. No other field is able to update/modify it. I have tried inputting a Requested Delivery Date, ATP, CTP etc. Any additional insight/suggestions would be greatly appreciated it!
Hi, I briefly checked the standard code. When "Shipment Date" and "Planned Delivery Date" of Sales Line are updated, the Planned Shipment Date will also be updated.
PS: If "Planned Shipment Date" is not empty, it will not be updated.
In addition, when the "Shipment Date" on the Sales Header is updated, the "Shipment Date" in the sales line will also be updated.
