CRM Install is stuck

I am trying to install MSCRM 2013 on a test server. It has been installed and uninstalled several times on this server. It is now stuck at "Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services" in the Systems Checks. The last entry in the log is 13:12:37| Info| UrlAccessValidator linking to help topic: html/01f421a9-da60-4d47-a06a-75550ee94430.htm

And it just sits there, no error and no movement.

I was using the /InstallAlways flag, so in the interest of trying something, I rebooted the server and tried again with the /QR option instead. That seemed to work. Can't imagine why that would cause the install to hang for over an hour.
