Balances for dimension set Main Account are not initialized

Dear all,

I have error message as below when I want to generate TB report:

It said that I need to initialized the dimension set.

However I have searching in the set up are for this function but I didn't find any.

Is there anyone who can show me where to initiliaze the dimension set?

Possibly its issue of cache now. A temporary solution would be restart currently connected AOS. Close AX and open again. re-run report

Thanks for your answer.

However after I initiliaze and rebuild financial dimension set.

I have another error with message as below:

"Cannot execute a data definition language command on Dimension constraint criteria (LedgerTurnoverTmpDimensionCriteria).

The SQL database has issued an error."

Hi,

Go to General ledger > Setup > Financial dimension > Financial dimension sets.

Per set you need to click the button 'Initialize balances'.

If this button is not visible, the Initialization has been processed. The button 'Rebuild balances' is displayed instead in that case.

Go tot following path

General ledger >> Setup >> Financial Dimensions >> Financial dimensions sets

Select each dimension set one by one and click button Initialize

If you are unable to see button Initialize, kindly click button Rebuild
