we are in the implementation phase we recently we face slow and delayed any advice

What exactly is slow? Certain forms? During the whole day or some moments? Do you have index maintenance enables on SQL? Sufficient hardware resources? Customizations?
You have to start measuring the environment and processes to be able to find out what is happening and then find the cause for this.

All general usage, flicking between any screen or menu option always has a 5 to 10 second delay. Even as simple as selecting all vendors ( has a 10 second delay and AX processing balloon often appears ) then if I select a vendor it will take another 10 seconds whilst it opens that vendor information. The same applies everywhere with AX 2012 other then the initial login which now takes roughly 25 to 30 seconds per staff member. It’s just far to slow and sluggish, and our network is generally fast and responsive for all other applications.

You can take a trace during the issue happening to see if any slow sql clause or other delays. If no clues, you may take hang dump for AX Client to analyze the call stack to see what happened.

Dump analysis requires that you are familiar with WinDBG.

When I read your latest reply with one SQL server and one AOS, I do think you might have underestimated the hardware and probably also SQL settings. Start with the link provided in my previous reply for troubleshooting.
We currently have similar issues during the day when trying to open Stock Management > Inquiries > On-hand form. It only seems to happen couple of times per day and for a short period of time 5-15min. All the other modules/forms work completely fine. Any suggestions what could possibly cause the issue?Kind Regards,V

we are still in UAT phase we have some users are working on the live server and others users are working in test total our users are working right now are 25
