If You can choose the option Type=Formula, then in Row totaling You can add the *-1 for the row to change the sign.

Otherwise, just create duplicate lines with other numbers for the lines 54,55,56,57,61,63 - and provide them that they are calculated with opposite sign.

In my case row type is row totaling, so system cant allow to change the opposite sign. as attached image:

For You current setup the easiest way would be to just mark on the row XX column Calculate with = Opposite Sign

then on the 71/72 line the result should be correct.

    hi

it is possible to calculate a subtract formula in the VAT statement in Business Central. You can achieve this by creating a new line in the VAT statement with the formula that subtracts the value in row XX from the value in row YY.

To do this, follow these steps:

Navigate to the VAT statement in Business Central.

Click on the "Edit" button to open the statement in edit mode.

Add a new line to the statement by clicking on the "New" button.

Enter the appropriate information in the new line, including the relevant account number and transaction type.

In the "Amount" field, enter the subtract formula that calculates the difference between the values in row XX and row YY. For example, if row XX is on line 71 and row YY is on line 72, the formula would be "=72-71".

Save the changes to the VAT statement.

Once you have saved the changes, the VAT statement will display the calculated value in the appropriate row.
