Is it possible to build a custom layout for the interactive experience dashboard in Dynamics 2016?

It doesn't seem possible to add/delete/position tiles and charts to suit our specific needs.

    Dashboard layouts are pretty static unless you do some programming..   Now a days most of us go to Power BI for any customizations
