Reports not showing data

hi,

I have created some reports by using report wizard in crm 2011 and when run the reports it doesn't show the data. Although I am Admin.

Please guide

    Since this is CRM 2011, I am to believe you are On-Premise.

    Are you able to run the reports directly in SSRS?

    The username and password can be retrieved from SQL by getting the UserId (UserName) and OrganizationId (Password).

     also, what about the out-of-the-box reports? Do they work?

    Hi Tim,

    The issue might be relating to multi-tenancy or security. You will get better picture from CRM log if you enable tracing.

    However a quick check - make sure the security role does have permission on Report entity.

    Also change the security of report from individual to organization to see if that resolves the issue.

    If this doesnt help then please enable CRM tracing and share the error from CRM logs.

    no error its showing blank.

    contacts, accounts, leads, activities, etc. almost i have tried every entity.

    I have cleared all the filters as well

    Are you getting any error message or the report is running successfully with no data?

    Also which entity are you trying to retrieve? And if you remove all the filter is that still happening?
