Integrating Dynamics 365 for Sales Online with BC On-Premise

I am running BC On Premise and want to buy a license for D365 for Sales Online and integrate it with BC On Premise. Is there any available documentation for this type of integration? Is it better to get D365 for Sales On Premise since BC is on Premise? Any advice would be helpful. Thanks, Simeon.
