Transport management Freight bill doesn't generate

Dear all,

I am trying to set up the Transportation management module. I managed to create a working rate for a carrier. But upon the load and shipment completion no freight bill is generated.

Can you tell me what event triggers the freight bill, respectively the sales order charge generation? What settings may I be missing?

Hi Simeon,

There are several settings required, such as shipping carrier, terms of delivery.

Can you check if the configuration has been completed?

Hi,

Thanks, most of these settings I had already done.

There is one more setting to be done. When Miscellaneous charges are setup the type should be "none". Kind of counter intuitive...

Hi,

Check QianQW's comment. In addition:

1. Terms of delivery - the terms of delivery need to allow charges to be applied to the order. First check the settings of the terms, then check the terms of the order.

2. When you create the Miscellaneous charges setup, leave the value in column Miscellaneous charges type to "None".
