Error when trying to process Drop Shipment

I created a sales order and indicated it was a drop shipment.  When I go into the Requisition Worksheets, Drop Shipment, Get Sales Orders I get a permissions error.  I am a super user.  

Are drop shipments available for use in Dynamics 365?  

The error I receive is 'You do not have the following permissions Tabledata Requisition Line:  Insert'

    Hello Sherry,

    At this time Requisitions are not available for Dynamics 365 for Financials and the Requisition Worksheet is showing incorrectly, this is documented with our development team as product defect #206375.

    Instead of using the Requisition Worksheet you will need to use the Purchase Order Entry window. In the Purchase Order Entry window make sure that in the Invoice Details fast tab that the Sell-to Customer No. has been entered and is the Customer on the Drop Ship Sales Order, then you can click Actions on the Purchase Order and click Drop Shipment > Get Sales Order to select the drop ship Sales Order and the item(s) should populate on the Purchase Order.
