Opportunity product item extended amount field not auto updated when click on SAVE

Hi there,

Has anyone face the same problem as me. Extended amount field is not updated when click on saved?

As this is CRM Online, there is no way that i can go into the DB to update the extended amount. Any suggestion/workaround?

    I have the same problem after the recent updates. however it does only on certain records. other times it works like a charm . any help appreciated

    there is no error message whatsoever!. when u enter the quantity and price , the extended amount is zero

    Please verify this from a vanilla test org and if this is reproducable please opne a support case with CRM Online team to look into this issue further

    o.k will do that.

    then why is it working good on some records ? can u think of any reason? it recalculates the estimated revenue like a charm

    Ya... same only certain records didnt get the extended amount calculated.

    Is quite random....And there is no error message at all.

    Thanks for the reply. Do u mean i start a new issue in the forum. how do i do from a test org. i had a trial  crm org which expired. is that what u meant?
