Unable to delete VM cloud hosted build envt in LCS

hi,
 
I have below CHE and it is of type build & Test and the current status is incomplete.
I want to delete the environment but it keeps on giving me the below error , 
Can anyone help me on this.
Also I would like to understand if it is safe to delete it from Azure portal rather than from LCS as it is giving me an error ?
 
I guess there might be some linking in LCS which might not get deleted if I delete from Portal.

    Hi, You can check these articles to deleting LCS metadata. Also, I don't think deleting it from Azure Portal should be an issue, just delete the Resource Group for this Cloud hosted environment, it should delete all azure resources in it.

    Thanks for your reply.
    There is no "Delete LCS Metadata " button seen in the LCS pages, I have checked multiple times.

    Hi Vicky,
     
    All operations should be done from LCS and not Azure Have you deallocated the cloud hosted environment first? The standard procedure is:
     
    1) Stop environment
    2) Deallocate environment
    3) Delete environment
