Journey Analytics without updates, dashboard empty

We created several customer journeys and these are working okay.  However, the Journey Analytics report is empty and we don't have any stats besides the ones available at each stage of the Customer Journey.
 
We want to have a consolidated view of these stats, which seems to be the Journey Analytics page.  What should we do to make it work?  It shows last update was almost two months ago.  The report is completely empty.  We weren't able to find a configuration or setting to make it work.
 
 
 
What should we do?  How are these reports generated?

    You've literally send him a link to the wrong article. He's clearly talking about customer insights Journeys. Where as the power BI analytics article you linked him to is for Outbound marketing only. It's clearly stated there:

    Which is still absolute garbage because it requires a Power BI Premium Capacity workspace for it to work.
     
    Not Premium per user but a workspace which at minimum costs 6-8k per month.....

    Hi partner,
    The official documentation does not contain a description of the frequency of journey analytics refreshes:
    But the journey analytics data is sourced from power BI,
    so you can use Power BI to create your own reports from Dynamics 365 for Marketing data:
    With Power BI you can set the refresh frequency of report.
    You can also raise a support ticket to ask the developer how to change the update frequency of the journey analytics.
