    I want to know the answer as well.

    I feel there is no OOTB function.

    And Johnny, please at least read the question first, before answer it...

    You were talking about basic customization on how to set default value of a Option Set field.

    While we want to know, how to set default value for a Survey Question, when user open the survey link. For example, crmocevoc1runtime.crmx.dynamics.com{surveryid}/{Survey URL Description}

    Hi Arun,

    The above steps are from the VOC Survey Form. You could use 'Form Editor' to set the default value of your radio button.

    Good day Arun Singh Negi,

    You could refer the following step to create the radio button by default "NO"

    1. Go to Survey Main Form and add new field as follow.
