How to "Power BI Embed" in F&O nowdays ?

Hi guys,

I'm sorry, but I would like to know how are we handle Power BI Embed in F&O nowadays ? I'm referring into the one which is inside F&O work spaces, not the one by attaching it from Power BI Service? I think I also heard the other days on how we refer the differences by wording "Power BI Embedded" and "Power BI Integration", I'm not sure this is a formal term.

Much appreciated for any insights.

For non-prod envt, you can follow below guidance to enable PBI embedded.

For Prod envt, you need to file a support ticket to ask Microsoft help you to enable PBI embedded.

Hi Tony,

I agree with Leo suggestion, for PRD environment, you better log a ticket from LCS with microsoft and let their engineer help you out to configure and enable Power BI .

just FYI, You can also follow the link below to configure Power BI and youtube video to get an idea about PowerBi in finance and operations.

Hi all,

Thanks, but as in my initial question, I'd like to know how to embed from the "inside", not from PowerBI.com. Both of the given reference is embed from PowerBI.com / services. I think it is the one which related to LCS asset.

Did you check the below link for workspaces inside D365 FO:

docs.microsoft.com/.../embed-power-bi-workspaces

There is a video link on the page shows how we can edit D365 FO out of the box workspaces as well.

Hi Junaid,

Yes, I saw this one before, but it is only to edit, not to create from a scratch when lets say I have my own PBIX and then want to put this in a new F&O Workspace.
