Physical inventory count gets posted to Cost_Amount_Expected

Dear All,

Hopefully someone will be able to assist me as even the consultants we have do not know the cause.
We did a Physical inventory count and posted it. However, it is registered as a /reservation/ instead of actual cost.
If I look in the item journal I can see that journal has been posted and the quantity has been adjusted.
However the Cost Amount Actual is 0,- and only the Cost amount expected column shows an amount.

Is there a process I need to run to finalize this journal?

Thanks in advance!

With kind regards,

Patrick

You "Inventory Setup" doesn't have the automatic cost posting, but it has the Expected cost posting, so You have to manually run the "Post inventory cost to G/L" process so the amounts are posted as actual amounts to G/L.

Please try and re-rerun your cost adjustment to GL batch once, see if it changes anything
