How can I delete an email template?
There doesn't seem to be an option to delete or deactivate:
No option under Advanced Find either:

Please check you have sufficient access to delete template.

I'm an administrator and I created the template, so there's no reason I wouldn't have permissions. It just doesn't seem to be an option.
I read through the materials in your link and it does not address email templates in particular. I tried the advanced find suggestion, but as you can see on the screenshot, there isn't an option to delete or deactivate.
Not sure what to do here.

Is this a personal email template?
You can delete a personal email template by clicking the options cog button, followed by clicking the Email Templates tab, selecting the email template you want to delete, and finally clicking the X delete button.

I am able to see the delete option for email template in my instance.
Which version of CRM are you using?
