The client has been using GP2013R2 for over a year now. A few days ago, one workstation starting getting the error Microsoft DynamicsGP has stopped working and closed the app when she was attempting to open the General Journal entry window.
GP Build: 12.00.1745 (R2)
Dex: 12.00.0311.000
System: Win7
ODBC Manager: 03.80.0000
ODBC Driver: 10.00.1600
SQL Server2014: 12.0.2000.8 (X64)
Should there we attempt to re-install to see if the error is corrected or, does a service pack correct the issue?
