Nice Label and D365

Dear Experts

does anyone have experience with the software Nice Label integrated with D365?

https://help.nicelabel.com/hc/en-001/sections/4413694112401-Microsoft-Dynamics-365-Supply-Chain-Management-Integration

In particular, would Nice Label use the standard D365 logic of using document routing , License Plate label and Document routing agent or is going to be a complete different integration.

For example , we currently generate labels and send to zebra printers during RAF via work template. Would that be possible with Nice label?

I have the same question (0)

    Hello Alessandro,

We used it in the past with D365 (in 2018) and it worked really well.

Yes the standard document routing and agent were used. As i recall, only the document routing layout was different, referring to a url where the Nice Lable layout was maintained.

Had some issues at first but eventually it worked really well.

    Thanks for the feedback.

I have a couple of questions then.

If the document routing layout is stored outside how would the document routing and zebra printer selection work?

Using the standard D365 logic , the trigger points to generate the zebra prints are embeeded in the work templates within the warehouse management, how would work using Nice Label?

Essentially I would like to understand if adopting Nice Label would imply redesigning the zebra printing process completely.
