Hello, friends.

I have a problem. All subgrid buttons disabled in advanced find. How I can use them or how I can restore it?

Sub.png

That's a custom entity.

Check the Mscrm.Enable rule in Ribbon Workbench if it has some unexpected rules.

Same issue here. I deleted cache, temporary internet files, rebooted the server, I'm system administrator, and I tested it on 3 environments. It's only on the opportunity Entity.
    Any other solution?

    Thanks

Did you use Ribbon WorkBench to configure buttons on entities?

Hi Samitya! Thanks for the update.

I also found that Mscrm.Enabled command has a custom Enable rule, but it was a selection rule which shouldn't create any problems (at least I tought). I just un-customized the command, and buttons work now. Magic!

Hi, Denis. Yes, I found an issue. All buttons with some magic got the Mscrm.Enabled Command. I cheked this command and found the custom Enable Rule, that checked the statuscode field. I clear this Command from this Enable Rule and restore another buttons by example from other entity.

    Hope, it's help.

Did you find a solution to this problem?

I have exactly the same issue, System Administrator (and any other) role has subgrid buttons disabled for Account entity. Very odd. Checked Enable rules, checked Customizations.xml, there is nothing that indicates a problem there.

Do you guys have any suggestions how to solve this?

Since you are System administrator so ideally all the Ribbon button should be enabled for you but it is not .so please try to analyse the customization.xml file for advance find section for this custom entity.

In customization.xml find Advanced Find View -> savedquery->layoutxml  and make it look like other entities.

Another thing to check. Press F12 to open developer tools of the browser. See if there are any errors. If yes, it is likely that your networks web filter interfering with some calls. If possible, try another machine like a laptop using a different internet connection (I.e. Using phone's hotspot). I've seen scenarios where organisation's web filter block calls to external sites which cause unexpected issues.
