Dynamics Portal Title returned to default

Hello there,

Just this week we noticed that our portal's title and sub-title were reverted to default. My portal home page's title is now CONTOSO. No one adjusted it.

Weird thing is when we checked the value in crm-> Portals -> Content Snippets for Home/Title and Home/Subtitle the correct values are there.

Have anyone experienced this wherein our portal is not synched with the crm?

Hello,

One possible reason could be changes in the language. Please make sure no body have done any changes on the language of the portal, content snippet work based on the language selected, if some one has changed the default language which was used earlier it can stop working.
