Hello guys.
We have Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2016 On-Premises. And want to upgrade to Dynamics 365 Sales. How could I migrate the data from the On-premises Database to the 365 cloud? Any help will be appreciated.

1.Refer to the following documentation, migrate data through the FastTrack services.

2.Refer to the following video, which describes End to End migration process using the LCS tool with assistance of Microsoft Migration Factory.
