Delete portal connection or rename portal URL causes subscription center break down

Hi

does someone knows the solution

We have reset the marketing portal because we need this portal for an other instance and do not use the event page

Now the default subscription center keeps looking for the original URL so the subcribers get an error page

We want to use the OOB function for the default subscription center without portal connection

How do we reset the subscription form and landingspage?

I have the same question (0)

    Hello Mariette,

You must have a Portal or host your own website for the Marketing App to have expected functionality.

Please review the documentation at this link:  docs.microsoft.com/.../portal-optional

"Subscription centers, which enable contacts to manage their mailing list subscriptions and personal information"

Unfortunately there is not a workaround for this issue.

    Thanks,
