Hello Experts,
I hope you can help me in this.
Actually, we have configured positional hierarchy in our CRM Orgs at 2 level.
Our BU structure is also 2 level. There are a Root BU and every other BUs are child of that Root BU.
And in Positional Hierarchy we have created 2 Positions - 1. Normal User 2. Manager
The Problem we are facing is as below.
There are 2 users having different BUs. Lets say User1 is having A BU and User2 is having B BU.
User | BU |
User1 | A |
User2 | B |
Now, both the users are having same Position as Manager.
Now, User1 is not able to see the records owned by User2. Ideally via this Positional Hierarchy both should be able to see all records within those 2 BUs. In Security Role, that has BU level rights on records.
Does anyone face this issue with Positional Hierarchy ?

Actually you are saying both users having same positions should see each other data. Thats not the purpose of Position hierarchy. All the people with Manager position can see all the records owned by people in Normal user position record, provided Manager position is parent of Normal user.

Is there anyone ?
