Unable to add "Write-in Product" on Opportunity Line Dynamics 365

Hi,

When I try to add "Write-in Product" on opportunity line and put the name of product and focus out I get this error. 

"one or more of the option values for this picklist are not in the range of allowed values"

Moreover the typed name also disappears. I have checked there no as such heavy customizations on the opportunity form and the its default opportunity product inline edit view. It am facing this issue on Dynamics 365 version. Please help me as I am struggling to find any solution for it thanks,

    Hey,

    This doesnt seem to be a common issue so is likely due to something in your environment.

    Check if there are any sync workflows on Opportunity or Opportunity Product.  Also check what plugins are registered on those entities and if the problem persists when you disable them.

    Hi Abdul,

    Make sure that you have not customized any picklist (option-set) fields in Opportunity Product.
