    Hi Krish,

Why don't you try to create custom date fields based on your options and update these date fields using workflow whether the status field value changes. I think you are using CRM 2011, if CRM 2013 you use BPF.

    For update refer this link:

    Hope this helps.

    Regards,

    Hello ,

You can create a custom date field to store the last modification date and time on it by using Workflow when the status reason field changed, and you can capture the modification date by Process >> Execution Time.

Other option:  if you can manually change the status reason field on the form, then you can add a java script code Onchange event of status reason field to set the custom date field with current date and time.

    Hope this helps,

    Abed.

    Krish,

As long as the status remains (meaning that from active to inactive status reason), then still inactive now, then agree with Damon, then you can use modifiedon.

But, this is not applicable if you often change status from one to other, then to another one also.

I would like to recommend you to create fields, custom fields to store the date and then change to which status, usually I would like to create 1 custom entity with new custom fields as well to store the history for important records.

    Hope this helps.

    Thanks.
