Business Central to CRM synchronization delays

Regarding the D365 BC--> CRM connector. We have noticed that some records take seconds to sync back to CRM, and some take hours.

My client's business process is to enter a new customer in Business Central, then enter new orders immediately for that same customer in CRM. For example, a new customer is entered into Business Central. It usually takes a few minutes for it to show up in the linked CRM instance, but lately it's been taking hours for the synchronization to occur. 

Any ideas on how I could troubleshoot this and bring the sync times back to minutes instead of hours? Thanks!

    Hello velosio-ts,

    have you already checked the scheduled task in the job queue?  Maybe the No. of minutes between runs was changed.

    Hi Vel,You should have to check the time duration applied on the job queue which integrate NAV to CRM

    You can set accordingly to synchronize the data in less time Please attached this file for user referance

    where they can set the time interval
