Regarding the D365 BC--> CRM connector. We have noticed that some records take seconds to sync back to CRM, and some take hours.
My client's business process is to enter a new customer in Business Central, then enter new orders immediately for that same customer in CRM. For example, a new customer is entered into Business Central. It usually takes a few minutes for it to show up in the linked CRM instance, but lately it's been taking hours for the synchronization to occur.
Any ideas on how I could troubleshoot this and bring the sync times back to minutes instead of hours? Thanks!
