Dimension In Business Central - Consumption Journal

Hi Everyone,

The Product Code (Dimension) for the Consumption Journal should picked up the Product Code (Dimension) of the Item Number (Components) that issued to the Production Order, instead of picking up the Item Number (FG) from the Production Order. It works well for the OUTPUT (Entry Type in the Consumption Journal), which use the dimension values from the Work Center. It works incorrectly for the Consumption (Entry Type in the Consumption Journal), which use the dimension value of the Item Number (FG) that configured in the Item Card. It should pick up from the Item Number of the Components (Raw Materials) that configured in the Item Card. The BC validation is great and it stops the entry from get posted. Did any anybody encountered this issue. Right now, I manually changed the entry at the Consumption Journal and then post it. This is an interim solution, but there are hundreds of Production Orders. This need to be fixed. Any solution? Or required modification to Dimension Management code unit? Thanks for the help.
