"Employee" type and Payment Reconciliation Journals

Hi, I was wondering if anyone has worked with new type "Employee" in journals and their experience working with a reconciliation journal. I am afraid Payment Reconciliation journal does not matches open entries of type "Employee" or maybe I am doing something wrong.
