How to increase Timeout CRM Online 2013 C#

Hello to everyones!

I have a problem with a customer... Last January I developed a little tool to synchronize the contacts between CRM (Online) and a billing software. It always worked well until some days ago. Now often occurs an errors about a timeout:

TimeoutException: The request channel timed out while waiting for a reply after 00:01:59.7350618. Increase the timeout value passed to the call to Request or increase the SendTimeout value on the Binding. The time allotted to this operation may have been a portion of a longer timeout.

To connect with CRM Online I use OrganizationService and not OrganizationServiceProxy...

How can I increase this timeout? Thanks a lot!!!

    Hi,

    There is a Timeout property on the OrganizationService that you can set - or if you are using the CrmConnection, it also has a Timeout property.

    Scott, without using code to change this value, it is possible to put the configuration on web.config? How can I do this?

    Hi Scott, Is there way where we could increase the timeout in the web.config or any registry to resolve this error message?
