Hello Community,

to migrate our on-Premise CRM to the Cloud we need a user without Multifactor Authentication. The User is already set up: xxx@xxx.onmicrosoft.com and for the User is MFA Disabled. Although he has no admin role, the Multifactor Authentication is requested. Since our migration tool cannot do Multifactor Authentication, we cannot log into the organization.

Has anyone already faced this Problem? We Need to know how we can set up the user so that no Multifactor Authentication is queried?

sorry for my late reply, we have tried all suggestions. Finally this did the trick:

Due to this we can now access to CRM without MFA.

I think you could consider using Azure app password to by pass MFA with MFA enabled

Hi Alexander,

You can Skip MFA service settings from various configuration.

When baseline policies applied on your tenant, there was an option to exclude users from the policies.

MFA service settings : to skip MFA for requests from Trusted IP's
