Hi,
I have a discussion with my client, that is it possible to qualify the same lead more than one time and every time to create a new opportunity?
Can someone answer this dilemma?

Yeah I thought so too and I tried that (reactivate and qualify) but new opportunity was not created.

The default behaviour is that it would create a new Opportunity every time you Qualify the lead (reactivate and qualify).
