Cannot access Report Builder through Business Analyzer Edit button

I recently installed GP 2010 R2 (11.00.2044), including SQL Server Reporting Services and Business Analyzer. The reports are available in Business Analyzer and display properly.

However, when I click the Edit Report button for any report displayed in Business Analyzer, the splash screen for Report Builder 3.0 appears but then stops with the message "Microsoft SQL Server 2008 Report Builder 3.0 has stopped working..."

I can open IE and go to http://<server>:80/Reports, select any report and choose Edit in Report Builder and the Report Builder opens properly.

Any suggestions on how I can get Business Analyzer to open Report Builder as expected.

Claude,

Have you done any customizations for Report Builder versions? Have you done a SQL upgrade? The article below mentions an issue and a solution. When you say that Report Builder opens on its own as expected, is Report Builder 3.0 opening or a different version?

I'd also recommend checking the Event Viewer for more detailed information.
