I am trying to create a custom Fetch-based report for Dynamics CRM 365 (Online).
For that I need to setup Microsoft Dynamics 365 Report Authoring Extension
but while installing "Microsoft Dynamics CRM Report Authoring Extension Setup" it gives a popup with stopped working message.
I am using Windows 10 operating system.

I am using SQL Server Data Tools for Visual Studio 2012
which version of VS you are using? could you try on VS2012 or if previous versions 2008R2, I had some issues with VS2015 never completed installation for me
