Search Posted Sales Invoice by External Doc No

When searching through the "Posted Sales Invoices", I want to be able to see the the External Doc No. (have it show up at a column).

I have seen this done on someone else's account but I don't know how to set up the view.

You need to personalize the page. Click on Settings -> Personalize

Then click on + Field

This will open the Add Field to Page Pane, scroll down until you find the External Document No. field. Select it and drag it to the page where you want to add it

When you are finished, click the Done button to exit personalizing mode.
