I work from home and currently have two different companies that use Microsoft CRM and Outlook. Can I run them both on the same computer at the same time?

Yes, you can have multiple organization in outlook but, Keep in mind synchronization will happen with one organization only, you can't synchronize data more then one organization.
I think you can only sync to 1 org at 1 time not at the same time as you requested. However, if you want to switch back and forth you can go with Chitrarasan Duraisamy post.
yupe you can configure your outlook crm client to have more than one organization. Use crm configuration tool to add more organization to your outlook client
check the below post that shows all the steps needed to configure
https://www.microsoft.com/en-US/dynamics/crm-customer-center/configure-another-organization-to-use-with-crm-for-outlook.aspx
Once you configure more than one org you will see all the organizations Listed in the crm outlook. So you can configure as well run more than one in outlook client.
You cannot run 2 different CRMs at the same time in one Outlook. If you have 2 different Outlook clients maybe a 2013 and 2010 that might be possible but I have never tried it..
