Deposit for Checkbook already has been started

We have recently started to get this error on a GP2013 client, that has not encountered this error in the past. Wondering if any one has any ideas on a solution. The client has run Checklinks with no benefit.

I have reviewed the only other post - https://community.dynamics.com/gp/f/32/p/78987/440655#440655 that I can find on this site, however, it is from 2012 and references GP10

Any help is appreciated.

Heather, I am having the same problem. I am pretty sure that I have worked on something similar to this, but I can not find it anywhere.

I will keep looking - if you find something please be sure to post (ha ha)

Hi Bill

I haven't come across this error myself. Sounds like it might need to be manually removed from the tables. I was clearing a transaction level posting issue last week and came across a comment about needing to clear "something else" otherwise the issue would keep happening. But for the life I me, I can't find what I read. It didn't apply in my case, so I didn't pay too much attention.

Maybe try and clear it in the tables and then advance the deposit number.
