Hi All,
I am trying to delete a case note with an attachment file added, but I'm getting the following error.
Will appreciate if anyone can let me know how this can be done.

Can you please check weather you have proper access to access the Notes?
Navigate to Dataverse--> Click Gear Icon on Top--> Select Advance Settings --> Select Security--> go to Security Roles --> Open the Security role which you are having then check Notes Read and Write Permission available.

Hi and thank you for your speedy reaction.
I can't change the creator of the program (see picture top-right) which then doesn't give me access to do any modification. It's not possible to remove access for a particular record. Any change to a security role privilege applies to all records of that record type.
Seems like I can't do anything.
