After entering "Goods" and then selecting the "Sale price" option, the User does not want to convert the prices from the "Group" field, but only from the "All" account code. Is it possible to filter in such a way that it only takes the "All" field? Without "Group" or "Price"?

This is not possible.
The general rule is that specific data that are identified by the Group are taken first before AX looks into the general setting for All of the items.

Can you post the screenshots in English? I'm not able to understand the screenshots. What forms are being shown and what data? Is this about the Price agreements?

If the group related lines are no longer needed then you can try getting rid of them, i.e. deleting them.
(Test carefully before in a demo/test environment before you do that in your live environment)
